Is there a pool at Efteling Bosrijk?
Yes, there is an indoor swimming pool called Badhuys, which features three pools: a paddling pool suitable for ages 0–3, a small children’s pool, and a larger swimming pool (250 m², depth 120 cm). The pools are open to all guests staying at Efteling Bosrijk and the Efteling Wonder Hotel. All visits must be reserved in advance. More information, as well as the terms and conditions for accessing the pool, can be found in your booking confirmation.
Is barbecuing or table-top grilling allowed in Efteling Bosrijk?
Barbecuing is only permitted outdoors and must be done using an electric barbecue. Guests are also welcome to cook their own meals indoors and/or outdoors using an electric table-top grill. For health and safety reasons, gas and charcoal grills are not permitted. If you plan to use a table-top grill indoors, please inform the reception team in advance so that the smoke detectors in your accommodation can be temporarily adjusted.
Are pets allowed at Efteling Bosrijk?
Yes, dogs are welcome to stay in specific accommodations, with the exception of the family rooms and the low-allergen holiday houses. Please inform the team at the time of booking if you plan to bring your dog, so that arrangements can be made. There is an additional fee of €19.50 per stay, for up to 2 dogs. Dogs must be kept on a leash within Efteling Bosrijk and are not permitted in the Badhuys pool facilities or in the Poorthuys for hygiene reasons.
Is it free to park at Efteling Bosrijk?
Yes, parking is free for all guests staying at the accommodation. Cars are not permitted inside the village paths themselves, but guests may drive up to their accommodation to load and unload luggage before parking in the designated parking area.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests may check-in from 3pm onwards and must vacate their accommodation by 11am on the day of departure. Even if you check out earlier, you are still welcome to use the Village and its facilities until 11am. Guests can also access the Efteling Park before check-in and after check-out on both their arrival and departure days, making it easier to enjoy more time at the Park.
Do I get early entry to Efteling Park when staying at Bosrijk?
Yes, guests staying at Efteling Bosrijk benefit from early entry to selected attractions in Efteling Park before standard opening hours. Entry instructions will be provided on your booking confirmation and at reception.
How do I get from Efteling Bosrijk to the Park?
The Park is a short walk away through scenic forest paths, usually taking around 10–15 minutes. There is also a shuttle service available at certain times of day to make access even easier for families with young children or those who prefer not to walk.
Are there dining or breakfast options available at Efteling Bosrijk?
Yes, guests can enjoy meals at the Poorthuys, located at the entrance to Bosrijk. Breakfast and dinner options are available, including take-away choices that can be enjoyed back in your holiday house or apartment. Guests who prefer self-catering will find fully equipped kitchens in most accommodation types.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout Efteling Bosrijk, including in all accommodations and main facilities.
Are cots and highchairs available for young children?
Yes, cots and highchairs are available on request, subject to availability. Simply mention this when booking, or contact the reception team before arrival to ensure these are prepared for your stay.
Can I make use of Efteling Bosrijk facilities on the day I arrive before check-in?
Yes, guests may enjoy the facilities, walking paths, and play areas from the moment they arrive, even if it is before the official check-in time. You may also visit Efteling Park from the beginning of the day, as Park access is included for all days of your stay.
