We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The management kindly accommodated our early check-in request and also upgraded to suite room.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, with a short walk to the Metro Station and several popular attractions nearby.
The breakfast and food options were delicious, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel's excellent service and amenities. Highly recommended!"

My stay at the Fairmont Hotel Dubai was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with impeccable service and warm hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit. The room was luxurious, spacious, and offered stunning views of the city skyline. Every detail, from the comfortable bed to the high-end amenities, reflected a deep commitment to excellence. Whether it was dining at their exquisite restaurants, relaxing at the spa, or simply enjoying the vibrant atmosphere, every moment felt curated for comfort and class. It was an experience that effortlessly combined elegance with genuine care—unforgettable in every sense.

The service in Fairmount is excellent. The staff specially Satish is polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. Congratulations to the whole team…Truly excellent service. Satish is exceptional and very attentive. We never had to ask anything twice. He was very tolerant of small alterations and goes above and beyond to assure our satisfaction.

A luxurious and elegant hotel with professional and well-organized staff, spacious rooms, with large bathroom. The breakfast was excellent.
However, the only thing that was unpleasant for me upon arrival was the specific fragrance used in the lobby. Its scent did not match the beautiful and luxurious ambiance of the lobby and was more suited for a traditional market and Arabian bazaar.

I stayed in room 2506 (25th floor), which was a twin room, partially overlooking the twin building of the Fairmont Hotel and a busy road.
Upon arrival, we checked in early without any issues. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. We inquired about getting a room with a view of the road and the Museum of the Future, but we were informed that only double-bed rooms were available on that side of the building.
There were a few issues with the room. First, it took a long time for the hot water to start running. Then, we had trouble entering the room with the key, only to find out that the lock’s battery had died and needed to be replaced. Additionally, the coffee machine didn’t work properly. The room layout was also a bit odd—the drinking station was hidden inside a cupboard along with the fridge, making it slightly uncomfortable to prepare beverages while standing next to the bed with the cupboard open.
One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the swimming pool, but unfortunately, we were informed during our stay that it was closed for refurbishment. The alternative pool was underwhelming and lacked a nice view.
Breakfast was quite basic compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Dubai. However, the service at the hotel was excellent. The staff at breakfast, especially one gentleman from India (I forgot his name), was very ambitious, enthusiastic, and, most importantly, passionate about his job.
In terms of location, the hotel is right next to a metro station, which was very convenient. I quite enjoyed the location overall.
